What are the biggest developments/trends/issues in your area of law right now?

I'll start. For #DesignPatents, I'd day:

1. The NDIL #ScheduleA debacle

2. The #Greciaverse

a) Related: All the ridiculous GUI DPs

b) Related: How the do we interpret broken line claims?

3. The USPTO gearing up to "interpret" the phrase "for an article of manufacture" out of 35 U.S.C. § 171.

4. The utter mess that is the Federal Circuit's body of case law on ornamentality
