Der Tag war in Harburg noch nicht beendet, es ging am Nachmittag noch auf zum Ipf. Auf dem Gipfelplateau befinden sich mächtige vorgeschichtliche Befestigungsanlagen, die bereits in der Spätbronzezeit ab dem 12. Jahrhundert v. Chr. angelegt wurden. Heute dient die exponierte Lage der Hochebene als Flugplatz für Modellbauflieger. Die Menschen, die man am Horizont sieht, sind Pilot:innen mit Fernsteuerung und Segelfliegermodellen hoch oben in der Luft.

Lan is then connected to my OmniOS machine Wan interface
max out my fiber connection 300/300.
Or as much as my wifi can handle

Power down everything

Connect my OmniOS to my incoming RJ45 direct,
(Fiber>media converter>wan on OmniOS)
replacing my laptop and NixOS machine.

Now i get 300 down and 5 up
Where did the 295Mbit go???

So we can rule out hardware 😂😵‍💫😮‍💨

Received a message asking me about my #pulmonaryfibrosis #ipf #dc experiences. A good reminder that others are going on the same journey we did. I think Ma would have wanted us to pass on what we learned to others who were on the same journey.

The memorial I attended this weekend was in the same spot and the same style as hers, with, of course, the same family sharing our memories.
