Still disappointed #watchOS27 won’t run on the Ultra 1, which came out in 2022. #iOS27 still supports hardware released in 2019 (such as the iPhone 11). I didn’t think the Ultra 2 (which is supported), was that much different than Ultra 1 🤷‍♂️

Because human-authored side projects are still important to learn new things…

Has anyone started implementing the new App Intents/Schemas/Entities in iOS/macOS 27 Beta with Siri AI?

I'm seeing mixed results.

Some are working, some not so much, others not at all. It still feels pretty limiting and fragile how 3rd party apps integrate with Siri AI. Not to mention when there are dozens to hundreds of apps with intents without any way to prioritize so you still will have to use the apps name in the phrasing to make sure Siri takes action in the correct app. 😬 #iOS27 #siri

Yesterday #Apple has released #iOS27 and #iPadOS27 beta 6. On the #iPad they’ve finally fixed bugged out external display support (pointer was invisible, sometimes no wallpaper, slow, etc.).

They’ve also improved #Safari on iPad. It no longer has issues with selecting input fields and their focus with trackpad/mouse and link boxes are no longer shifter relative to the website render.

Ok, this still baffles me. As I type more and the results are getting closer to what I’m looking for *rug pull* the results are collapsed. Pressing enter kicks off a Siri request, doesn’t expand results. This makes no sense at all. #ios27 #siriai
