Driving around in this hellishly hot weather, I finally tried the ventilated A/C seats in my Ioniq 5 N.
Holy shit. Absolutely the pinnacle of vehicle innovation. Safety belts? Side-curtain airbags? Screw 'em. My undercarriage has the icy breath of Boreas blown across it and that it glorious.

A transmission overcomes the inherent weakness of an ICE, attempting to match torque to driving requirements at different speeds.
All an EV needs is clever regeneration to simulate downshifting before a bend, and it already has instant acceleration out of a bend. Add a boost setting if you want.
The rest is stupidity I won’t pay for. It lowers my opinion of #Hyundai that they want to sell this.
