I had some lovely 臺茶18號 aka Taiwan Ruby Red with my breakfast, a black tea grown in central Taiwan from a hybrid of assam and and wild taiwanese tea bushes. It has an amazing aroma with hints of cinnamon, mint, and caramel.

There’s a tea pot, two cups of tea and a tea plant (Camellia sinensis) on a tray, and in the steam, you can see some of the organic chemicals found in green tea.
