One of my superpowers is I always wake up before the alarm. Just to be sure I set up a weekly alarm for 5:30. I forgot to set friday. I was looking at it at 5:30 when it didn't go off.

Hmm, my internal clock appears to have gone the WRONG direction after Daylight Savings Time. Got up at 4:30am today (normally get up between 5 and 6am). Will need to go sit outside in sunlight today and hopefully reset things. #wonky #internalclock
