Es ist sehr schwer einen Patienten auf ITS zu behandeln, wenn einem von den Angehörigen durchgehend Misstrauen entgegenschlägt und sie die ITS-Medikation mit dem Hausarzt besprechen möchten. Sie bekommen zu jedem Zeitpunkt alle gewünschten Infos, aber ich sehe das Vertrauensverhältnis in der Behandlung als sehr gestört an.

I’m a PGY10 #medtwitter refuge in #anaesthesia (or #anesthesia if you’re the wrong side of the pond) and #intensivecaremedicine, and dabble in a bit of #motorsport and #transfer #medicine on the side. I also do research, predominantly in #datascience and health informatics meaning I’m fluent in #rstats, #sql, #bayesian stats, #tidymodels, and #keras / #tensorflow.

I spend most of the rest of my time #cycling in reality and on #zwift, #running, and neglecting the #swimming part of my #triathlon training (first full #ironman distance race scheduled for 2023!).
