Dadurch konnten Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens die persönlichen Daten von Personen einsehen, deren Telefone mit der Spyware Predator gehackt worden waren.

Intellexa steht auf einer US-Sanktionsliste und auch in der Schweiz läuft ein Verfahren.
