New preprint on #IntegratedCommunityModels (#IPMs merging several data types, but with multiple species) to infer #interactions between species w/ Matthieu Paquet https://ecoevorxiv.org/repository/view/4836/ For the predator-prey framework that I developed in 2019 with @oaggimenez, we assessed how they dealt with false positives and stochasticity in the link functions that model interactions -- all seems good (bias, coverage,...), though these models generally require a little more data than initially thought.
