Vertical Velocity is an Intamin Impulse #rollerCoaster that opened at @SixFlags Great America in 2001. Though the coaster is considered a small footprint ride, riders still reach a top speed of 70MPH as the train twists its way through two spikes at opposite ends of the station.
The ride has since been painted with a red and yellow color scheme.

Ride of Steel at @SFDarienLake is an Intamin hypercoaster that premiered at the park in 1999 as Superman - Ride of Steel.
The coaster is the most popular ride at the park, but was involved in a well-publicized lawsuit when a man was thrown from the car only a few months after the ride opened, sustaining serious injuries.

Had an awesome long weekend away riding great coasters at #KingsDominion and #BuschGardens Williamsburg!
I was so happy to finally get on #Pantheon after originally planning to ride it in 2020, though it was having some operational issues that took the shine off of it a bit.
#Intimidator305 was also an amazing experience, so intense! My wife was completely unconscious for most of her first ride, but managed to survive the second ride 😅

Flashback was an Intamin prototype Space Diver roller coaster that operated at @SFMagicMountain from 1992 to 2003.
A bit ahead of its time, it never found a lot of love from the theme park community, and was closed when the water park was opened adjacent to the theme park.
