今天是库尔德革命和整个世界的革命运动史上的一个重要纪念日。

25年前，1999年2月15日，库尔德工人党创始人之一、库尔德革命的思想领袖阿卜杜拉·奥贾兰在肯尼亚被捕。他的被捕是北约国家情报部门合作的结果，甚至俄罗斯也参与了逮捕奥贾兰的行动。

在肯尼亚被捕后，奥贾兰立即被押往土耳其，关押在伊姆拉勒岛（监狱岛）。1999年，他被判处死刑，在强大的国际声援运动的压力下，2002年被减刑为终身监禁。

在狱中，奥贾兰制定了库尔德革命运动的"新范式"，明确宣布放弃为建立民族国家而进行的民族解放斗争。

取而代之的是，库尔德革命的目标被宣布为一个无政府主义邦联主义项目，其基础是符合 "经典"无政府主义的基层自我组织和自治、将妇女从父权制压迫下解放出来、不同种族和宗教团体的代表友好平等地生活，以及环保主义等思想。

自2012年以来，这些思想已在叙利亚北部因库尔德革命而获得解放的罗贾瓦地区付诸实践 - 真正的民主试验田。

库尔德工人党游击队一直在土耳其占领区的山区进行激烈抵抗。

受库尔德革命鼓舞的国际革命运动正在为解放阿卜杜拉·奥贾兰在全世界奔走。
这场斗争是全球解放所有革命囚犯、摧毁所有国家监狱、废除所有国家、资本主义和宗法制度斗争的重要组成部分。
