I would appreciate any help in boosting this comment as I understand it is a common occurrence . Courts have ruled you must explain what you are selling, particularly common exclusions , and can't offer a policy that cannot be collected on due to technobable & slight of hand.

Is this really insurance as regulated under the act or a Canada Post scam , disguised as insurance? Employees have no knowledge of insurance

Common occurrence
Canada Post requires that you buy ins for their negligence, charges a Premium , & knowingly sends packages declared as fragile & they label as such & then denies any claim based on you packaged it wrong, too bad, so sad , take a Premium rebate & go away . etc .This is illegal

Suing shortly for a lousy $400,00 -Totally unhelpful in resolving
