So the CPAP provider eats the $800/mo difference. (Sure they do. 🙄) That's a helluva profit margin if you can eat 95% of the value on your invoices and still be profitable. Or maybe somebody's inflating the actual cost of the product. 🤔

The NJ legislature just passed a bill requiring low-speed electric bicycles to be registered with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and to be insured.
[EDIT: apparently it passed committee; next will be put before the legislature for a vote.]Somewhere, either a fossil fuel lobbyist or an insurance industry lobbyist got his wings.

I would appreciate any help in boosting this comment as I understand it is a common occurrence . Courts have ruled you must explain what you are selling, particularly common exclusions , and can't offer a policy that cannot be collected on due to technobable & slight of hand.
Is this really insurance as regulated under the act or a Canada Post scam , disguised as insurance? Employees have no knowledge of insurance
