Catherine Bourgouins Team am Pasteur-Institut der Universität Paris hat ein Protokoll entwickelt, welches die Entscheidung, ob #RNA-Seq oder #Proteomik hinfällig macht. Dank Zellaufschluss in Harnstoff &Tris-Puffer und einer erst anschließenden Aliquotierung, kann beides mit einer Probe durchgeführt werden.
