When giving or accepting(!) a #sincere #apology always make sure it contains.
1. It should express #regret.
2. Only the behavior of the one apologizing should be mentioned WITHOUT mentioning any behavior of others.
3. It should contain a promise of changeAre any of those missing? Then the apology is most likely #insincere and should rephrase/reject it.
