I think "In Rainbows" is gonna replace "Kid a" as my favorite Radiohead album :ablobcatheadphonesfast: No idea why I never listened to it much. I used to bump "Kid A" all day in highschool though :blobcatblep: I'll have to revisit "Kid A" to decide.

I’m #NowSpinning #InRainbows which, alongside #OKComputer, is my favourite #Radiohead album &, imo, one of the best albums of all time.
It’s a rare album, ever song is perfect, beautiful, unsettling, and the musicianship is incredible.
Bodysnatchers, Nude, & Weird Fishes… especially Weird Fishes… I just love this album.
This is a recent reissue - I’d don’t have an OG with which to compare, but it’s really well done & sound great.

i was hopped up on adderall organzing my #pirated albums in iTunes when #Radiohead released this video and subsequently #InRainbows #ForFree, my favorite of their albums alongside #KidA
anyways, this is an incredible cover of an already incredible song. the spooky guitar reverb added to the verses puts a unique Radiohead spin on it.

In Rainbows is a pretty good album. Might even be #1 on my list of all albums, ever. I know it generally doesn’t even beat OK Computer for best Radiohead album but TBH that album is a bit overplayed for me. If I’m trying to rank albums where every single track is at that level, it almost has to be In Rainbows for me.
Also, my baby seems to love Thom Yorke. Maybe because Thom sings like a big baby. And I mean that in a good way.

First #album of the night is #AMoonShapedPool by #Radiohead. I’ve been a huge fan since the days of #PabloHoney (I saw them live shortly after) & this, for me, stands up with their best. #BurnTheWitch, #Daydreaming, #TinkerTailer, & #TrueLoveWaits - I Iove everything here.
The pressing is good, clean, centred, & dynamic… Though the SQ isn’t quite as good as my pressings of #OKComputer or #InRainbows.
I love the presentation & artwork.

Currently spinning #ALightForAttractingAttention, the debut album by #TheSmile, is #ThomYorke and #JohnnyGreenwood’s latest side-project. This is one of my favourite albums of the year so far (and it’s been a good year).
Some of this is reminiscent of earlier #Radiohead and wouldn’t be out of place alongside, say, #InRainbows. It’s really good stuff.
This is the limited edition pressing - it’s clean, flat, centred, with good dynamics.
