The No Gravity Games give away day 2! Today's game: Inner Voices (1st person adventure, haunted house?, looks dark)
For the NA Switch, you have to own yesterday's game (Creepy Tale, on sale, I liked it), to get tomorrow's game you need to have this one. But, hey: it is free!

Hi Ren
I may have posted this b4 but just shakes me when I hear it. Amazing piece of great art.

CW for the song's content: #bipolar #longtermillness #LimeDisease #neurodivergent #depression #InnerVoices
But so much existential power. (Sorry, another edit, absolutely fucking brilliant lyrics.)

#InnerVoices will have five episodes, each released at its own time.
They will each be short in duration -- valuing quality over quantity.
The first episode is named "Fragmented," and will be your first dive into the game's world.

It's not because I have a story and themes that gameplay takes a backseat.
In #InnerVoices, not only does gameplay tell the story... but it's made to be active, dynamic and fun -- channelling the likes of Chrono Trigger, Mario & Luigi superstar saga and arcade games.
Here's 2 years old footage from the prototype if you will excuse me.
More detail on the battle system soon.

"Abstract."
(#InnerVoices OST)
An abstract painting made in MS Paint was brought to life and now wants your soul.

Games are a powerful medium to tell stories. In #InnerVoices, gameplay and story are one.
The game's magic explores the identities of the characters.
Each episode explores different mind things (neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety) but build a cohesive plot throughout.
All told in a light-hearted tone... but with a commitment to respect and accurateness -- researched with actual neurodivergent+ people.

About my current project... #InnerVoices
You play as Claire, a teen discovering her place in the world -- having fun with friends and eating greasy food!
But people have different lives, struggles and points of view she doesn't know.
Following in the steps of therapy, Claire helps her friends to gather an understanding... but instead of white clinic rooms you get to explore the colourful worlds of other people's minds.
