This is a render that was made into a painting. But not using AI but the brushstroke- and painting simulator Dynamic Auto Painter, a tool where you can apply paint styles and have very finely granulated control over the painting simulation. Far superior to any AI-based style transfer. You can even output a height map, so specialized print service providers can print your "painting" with actual 3d brushstrokes.
