#inktober2024 — Public Fediverse posts

Ever since I drew the Trimaxion drone ship from Disney’s #FlightOfTheNavigator for #Inktober #Inktober2024, I’d been meaning to watch the movie again. Finally did tonight—pure fun nostalgia.

Octobre approche mais avant d'attaquer le prochain Inktober, retour sur celui de l'an dernier que j'avais fait au numérique avec le dessin du prompt #uncharted
Un peu de zenitude en ce moment, ça fait du bien non?

Inktober 2024 day 29

More whimsical than my standard fare.

Another drawing from back in October (Inktober 2024).

Heavy-footed, dire-handed, uncompromising, ungovernable.

A drawing from Inktober 2024, day 12: REMOTE

This one is very Ernest Shackleton, or Captain Robert Walton. I like to imagine that through the gap in the glacier is an unspoiled paradise. Or Santa’s toy factory, maybe.

Incluso etiquetas viejas. Ejemplo: #inktober2024 o #inktober

So not all of my Inktober drawings were bullseyes, but there were a few toward the beginning I really liked.

Here’s one! (Another tomorrow)

Life in the margins, keeping quiet and then making a ruckus … it may be time for piracy to come back into fashion.

I am posting through my art in order to catch this account up with other ones, and hey look! We have entered the territory of Inktober

I know this is weird, but I'm not boosting or liking a post, I'm *making* a post! I decided to do Inktober 2024 over two months late, as is my way, and at my own pace. The first prompt is Backpack. I'll also be including at least one Gum Gum Person in every prompt. Enjoy! (hopefully)

This one was definitely one of my best from Inktober this year. I've put a better quality scan of him on my website:

A collection of my Inktober 2024 drawings can be found starting here:

Then either with the Inktober 2024 tag, or from the link in that article.

They're now available as higher res scans of the ones I was most proud of.

Realizing far too late that I didn’t post my final sketch, Day 31: Landmark #inktober #inktober2024

I think I’m going to keep exploring ink as a medium. Thanks to the inktober folks for putting it together and everyone who participated and shared their journey. I was going through a rough period there and it gave me something to cling on to.

Inktober wrapped up yesterday! Here's my last time-lapse for the project, for the prompt "landmark".

Thanks again to everyone who followed along and enjoyed my work. It was fun, and I had a great time seeing everyone else's art as well.
