Finished my shoelaces. 25 ends 10/2 mercerised cotton woven on my Lojan inkleloom. They are around 6.5mm wide.

Ink отлично ведёт ветвления и состояние, пока диалоги остаются «просто текстом». Проблемы начинаются, когда этим текстом нужно управлять как производственным объектом: раздать реплики актёрам, собрать сценарий для записи, отслеживать правки, локализацию и готовность аудио, не превращая проект в бесконечную таблицу. В статье разберем Dink — слой поверх Ink, который добавляет идентификаторы, метаданные и выгрузки в удобные форматы, чтобы диалоги можно было доводить до озвучки и релиза без ручного хаоса.

Finished TR-49 last night, so am feeling quite pleased* with myself.
It was refreshing and fun to play a game that took eight or nine hours from start to finish, as a change from the 100-hour plus epics (which I also enjoy, haha).
*Confession: I did "brute-force" my way to a couple of solutions, and it took three attempts on the final section to get what I'm assuming is the "true" ending. But I'll replay later to better see how the pieces fit together.

First for the #FinishOrFrogAlong - the slim band inkle woven from Madeira multi-colour Decora (crazy shiny) cotton threads and a mercerised Ashford cotton weft (table loom waste).
This yarn (thread?) is rage-inducingly impossible to knot and hold it is just so shiny and slippery. And the ends stubbornly split into the 4 threads it is loosely plied from. But reinforced with extra tight ties before and after the knots, it held up fine as the band was pulled around the inkle.
In the sun, the colours seem a little washed out. But I think that’s because they are so shiny.
I could see the thread working better with card weaving. But I wanted a simpler test with a known process.
There are shiny remnant threads for an embroidery project now 🦋
