Self-defence is legal - but very strict - you're required to use the bare #minimum of #force you can. If you #kill or seriously #injure someone in self-defence in Canada, you are almost certainly being #criminally charged, and probably #convicted, including #jail time.
Note that even being caught carrying #mace, even if it's labelled "bear mace", can get you a "carrying an illegal #weapon" charge - not just theoretically, they #prosecute all the time for this.

Légalement, bonne chance à qui que ce soit pour gagner un procès pour une injure lancée par un anonyme dans une conversation à très petite audience.
