Filed in Boston this week, the owners of the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast are suing the coffee shop next door for naming their place "Miss Lizzie's Coffee" and using a bloody axe in its sign. Demands include re-naming, a public apology, and a fine for the coffee already sold under the banner.
