Yesterday we had a non-public workshop with Digital Humanism Conference in #Vienna.
The workshop focused on experiences of building public #infrastructures & organising #digital transformation in public administration.
There were many experts which are responsible for public #procurement in Austria. It was so interesting to hear what the exact (legislative) problems with public procurement and #opensource are.
