Woohoo! Passed my 1 month anniversary returning to the gym, and convinced my wife to as well.
The start was rocky. Wasn't lifting hard at all, but my body ached and moaned, but got used to it. I've now started increasing my weights and expanding my exercises in a sustainable and healthy manner.
