I am finding I can’t really do the infinite scroll any more - the incongruousness of it is not feeling good or right - if that’s true for you too, here is a little break with a friendly frog and bug. Or maybe put up a nice bit of art and leave it on your screen - or on your wall or in a book or someplace. It’s okay to take the time to really look and listen.
