  18. Huh. So it turns out the secret to decreasing infant mortality in extremely poor areas may just be $1000. As in just giving families $1000 cash with no strings attached. It's almost like alleivating poverty has benefits across the board for people, including health benefits. But that can't be right because that would be communism. I'm sure the Sacred and Holy Free Market will provide us with a better solution though tax cuts for the rich, or something.
