Abused the Hotpress again to make colorful sheets from shredded 3d prints and leftovers.

Sheets are approx. 2mm thick and surprisingly tough.

(BTW, that 3D mouse eats a poopy butt. They somehow went way out of their way to make it act like not a keyboard so all the little buttons require long-dead software to configure.)

Having this espresso cup right next to my 3D mouse has been messing with me all day.

Fortunately, I put it here after finishing the coffee, so at least I wasn’t sticking my fingers in espresso while trying to move around the model.

Our experimental pattern generator program can now create automatic infills! Yay!

It also does a decent job on hand-drawn sketches (see pic 2). Still working on concave shapes and internal holes... :clippy:

For now, only zigzag and parallel infill lines are possible. More exotic patterns will follow soon. 🙂
