What do you do during loooong endurance exercises such as 2-3 hour long indoor rides 🚴 ?

I watch movie series (the same ones again and again 😆 ) and documenteries if I'm doing low effort rides.

Walking outside 1+ hours I listen to work listen-only meetings or podcasts and sometimes TED talks, too.
