Indoor cats are hilarious. I'm just glad I don't have ones that bolt to run out the front door anymore-- I've had those. Ours now (We have a 6 year old male and a 3 year old female) are SUPER indoors domesticated, as I found out the other day. They never go outside, and they do NOT like to- I always forget this. 🤣
I like the rain, and it doesn't rain much here in the Arizona desert. So it was raining LIGHTLY the other day, and I just grabbed both cats, one in each arm, to take em outside to stand in a few (I can't stress how light this rain was 🤣) rain droplets for a couple seconds.
As soon as I just start to get CLOSE to the raindrops, the 3 year old climbs up over my arm, jumps down, and BOLTS back inside the house. That's how much of indoor cats they are. Ran right back inside. That's a new one. 😹
