Ok I've worked out some things on the Steamdeck
-Indigo park struggles in running scenes on epic level graphics
Putting it on medium with far viewing distance helps-Turning down horizontal sync sensitivity helps turning using the sticks.
- Running whilst turning in the pipes can suddenly make you lose your running action. Reapply the run buttons swiftly and you'll run again. ( Almost a bug, it doesn't feel natural that running stops)
I died about 40 times tonight running from Mollie Macaw
Thank god that's over

I can't run round bends without getting stuck in indigo park. Over twenty deaths. I've tried the trackpad and the controller stick but I just can't get it to be as precise as a normal mouse.
Most of my deaths from Mollie Mcraw are in the first pipe bend.
I'm running but I just snag the pipe if I'm not perfect with my control.
Please tell me it's not just me that struggles with the steamdeck controls. #steamdeck #indigopark

As someone who has not consumed much horror media, nor played a decent amount of horror games in general (I could count the number of horror games I’ve played on one hand), Indigo Park Chapter 1 was too much for me.
Rambley is pretty cute though, I get why there’s so much fan art of him.

Rambley the Raccoon has a lot of potential for very interesting, and unsettling character development - without even having to turn into the villain !
Does it realize what it is? I mean, does it really realize what is is? it's not 'Rambley the Raccoon."
Rambley is a fiction. A character. That's been imposed on this artificial intelligence.
Molly, Lloyd, ect are not 'real'.
The Rambley AI acts like they are. Like they are his friends, but it's just part of the story.Who knows, maybe there are other AIs around who have been given the parts, and we haven't met them, or they just do not exist.
Will this Rambley ever come to accept or even realize that? Maybe it already does but it feels like it needs to keep the act up as part of it's purpose.
This could be really interesting ya know?
