I am a builder.. an engineer by heart..
as much as I enjoy shipping codes to production and seeing my features go live, I don't so much enjoy the other side that is distribution
yet that is non-negotiable if you want to make a living out of indiehacking
one of the most important distribution channels is SEO
but how do you scale your content creation and have enough time to develop a reliable product?

Spent some time to improve HTTP timeout management on my #inmypocket addon, improve some onboarding screens (while waiting for the 1st sync to complete) and at the same time added a light/dark theme on the addon site, because it was really hurting my eyes 🙈 https://inmypocketaddon.com/
(not live yet, I'll update the addon tomorrow and the website at the same time 😉)

The Tao seemed to be about building simple, effective apps, with a focus on quick iterations, bootstrapping, and testing your product early. Something I really liked was how the real goal of indie hacking isn't necessarily great wealth, but freedom and creative agency! 💻🌱

I work 12-14 hours a day.
By the end of the day I’m squeezed like a lemon. I’m not proud of this. I don’t endorse it. And I know that there are consequences.
But for some reason, I get enjoyment from it. Is this a form of masochism?

I can't believe I've actually did it.
I'm finally taking a break from working for others and going solo again.
But first, I'm going to take a short sabbatical and rest before restarting.
I'm not sure if it will work out, but I have a year to make it happen.
