Il veut une femme qui parle hindi, qui veuille des enfants (il a 40 ans), grande, qui aime la bouffe, brahmane.
La série a été critiquée pour sa mise sous le tapis des castes, et sa non représentation des musulmans.
(J'ajouterai que c'est forcément des personnes v'là riches qui se payent la marieuse, et que comme chez n'importe qui il y a une recherche d'un niveau social équivalent)

I love how the first new episode of #IndianMatchmaking turns into the Miseducation of Lauryn Hill with Bobby the maths teacher’s class

I have to chuckle every time Sima in #IndianMatchmaking gets frustrated when people are “too picky” or “want 100%”. She sounds so aggrieved! And yet, even though I would find her style grating, she often (at least in what they edit and show) show her making suggestions that are reasonable, and her clients seem to mostly listen to her. Also, it’s so fascinating watching all the different cultures and subcultures swirl together and apart in the series.

If you're looking for a drinking game to get drunk quick, here's an idea.

Turn on #IndianMatchmaking on Netflix.
And take a shot every time Sima Auntie says the word "Compromise".

Enjoy the hangover.
