    beans, the brew smell "bittersweet", a bit "roasty".

    taste is a bit of upfront bitterness, walnut note, mild acidity. bitterness tapers off but it is still very faintly present. acidity only marginally reads like fruit to me. the nuttiness is present through the cup. not too bad.
