One does not have to be an attorney, or expert on unjustifiable, excessive force and violence against persons to see that the deliberate [killing] of LORENZO was another outrageous police murder targeting immigrants and those who speak out against police violence, including the government’s cover-up of this unspeakable crime.
The ICE murder of LORENZO, is like the ICE murders of citizens RENÉE NICOLE GOOD and ALEX PRETTI in Minneapolis, RUBEN MARTINEZ in South Padre Island, [SILVERIO VILLEGAS GONZALEZ in Chicago, KEITH PORTER in Los Angeles, JOAN SEBASTIAN GUERRERO in Maine].
The ongoing violence and brutality by the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, ICE AGENTS, the FBI, and local police, and their cover up of these horrendous crimes is a policy, practice, and custom of police, including murders and obstruction of justice and government agents lying, tampering with evidence, and obstructing justice, all of which are federal crimes under Title 18 UNITED STATES CODE, SECTION 242.
For example, according to the initial version of LORENZO’S death, the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY and ICE AGENTS publicly stated that (1) LORENZO was not the target of the immigration enforcement incident, (2) ICE agents were not wearing body cameras, (3) ICE killed LORENZO in self defense [because he was allegedly trying to “run over” an ICE agent] (a version disputed by surveillance videos obtained from local business cameras, showing that ICE version a lie and a cover up, as no ICE police was in front of, or in the proximity of LORENZO’S vehicle) (4) the passengers in LORENZO’S van “resembled the suspect“ ICE was after, [likely] because he looked Mexican, showing racial profiling.
[This means] that the government’s version of what transpired show perjury and lies to cover up this outrageous murder of LORENZO by ICE agents, constituting further tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice, all of which are federal crimes prosecutable under federal statutes and laws, carrying a sentence of life imprisonment as maximum punishment.

Another measure would be to pursue federal prosecutions of #demonstrators who block synagogue entrances or disrupt Jewish speakers at events. A third approach is to charge #protest leaders and nonprofits that aid in fundraising for protest groups with failing to register with the U.S. Justice Department as an 'agent of a foreign principal.' And a fourth avenue is to open investigations into protest leaders who are in direct contact with U.S.-designated terror groups while advocating on their behalf.

"The US/online #anarchist media space is going through a process of change at the moment, and this column is not immune from that. So far, this column has been primarily a one-person effort, but collective projects are always more stable than individual ones, and the more people that get involved, the more chance the project will have of surviving if the main contributor gets hit by a bus, feels like a break or catches a charge.
"If you’re involved in any kind of anti-repression or prisoner support work and there’s any aspect of it that you think people should hear about, please send reports and descriptions into this column. If you don’t have a project that you want to publicize yourself, but you have time and energy to help collect news about other people’s, that’s very welcome too.

Amnesty International also is pressuring the outgoing Biden administration to grant Peltier a pardon.
