New study shows that #PlasticPollution is tightly linked to #PlasticProduction, there is literally a 1 to 1 relationship between them! Plastic production reduction is key, especially for single use.

One day after what felt like a disastrous ending of #INC3, I think it might be better to be a little delayed than to end up with a less ambitious #PlasticsTreaty that will be difficult to fix. So, we will work hard and come prepared for #INC4! #INC3 💪🤞💪

#PlasticsTreaty #INC3 in Nairobi, Kenya concludes with no intersessional work approved, petro states blocking consensus, negotiating in what some call in bad faith.
New revised zero draft authorised to be prepared by the Secretariat by 31 December 2023 for #INC4 in Ottawa in April 2024
