Day 9 of officially having #ADHD
The imposter syndrome is kicking in.
What if I don't actually have it? What if I projected everything into the questions? What if I make things worse if I decide on medication?

So, I would go days without showering because of depression and 'symptoms of autism'. Apparently that means I share some symptoms with people who have autism, but don't have autism. No idea what to do with that information.
Anyway, thanks to medication, therapy, and willpower, I'm improving dramatically! Now I go without showering for days because I forget to have one!
