Good morning, my first 'work' for today is finished. Because one of the head nuts openend over the time one of the screws has fallen into the housing. Now all 12 are secured with red thread locker. I hope they stay where they belong now.

Compared to the #IMSAI8080, this surprising exhibit clearly demonstrates the miniaturization. The two will be standing side by side on Saturday—after all, they share the same CPU core :) And I always get a fright when the dinosaur comes stomping by.

It uses LEDs to display the address and data busses, has toggle switches to select an address and enter a byte there. Once I’ve entered a 3-byte JMP instruction to the ROM I select the address of the first byte and toggle the spring-loaded GO button ;-)

What a beauty the #KneisnerM100 has become. My daily work would be called "case modding" nowadays ;) It literally appears in a completely different light now ;) Tomorrow I'll be working on the expansion box, so after a year and a half, I can tick off this exciting project.
If any of you are coming to the HNF in Paderborn in October: The current plan is to bring it to the RCT at 11th & 12th of October 2025.
