"#Keene is the eponymous tastemaker at the helm of a new #imprint within #WickedSonPress, a 5-year-old #publisher that has released mostly #nonfiction that leans right.
#MegKeene #Books will release four to six #novels over the next year that she and #WickedSon’s founders believe will elevate #Jewish voices and reconstruct a bygone communal Jewish #literary conversation. She’ll also edit a forthcoming #literarymagazine designed to shape the Jewish #book-buying audience.
“My goal is to make Jewish #publishing feel really cool,” Keene told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
“I’m planning to acquire books across genres — male authors, female authors, romance, thriller, literary fiction — you know, the works,” she added. “I also intend to put everything I have behind each book, and sort of ask the Jewish community to support these books and make the case for them.”

"I Wish It Would Rain" is a 1967 song recorded by #theTemptations for the #Motown label (under the "Gordy" #imprint) and produced by #NormanWhitfield. The lyrics of this mournful song about a heartbroken man whose woman had just left him were penned by Motown staff writer #RodgerPenzabene. The lyricist had just learned that his wife was cheating on him and in his sorrow and pain, Penzabene penned both this.

Just some clarification: I was actually talking about that first hurdle to evade EU/German #law altogether since the "rules" are just ridiculous. For example, you have to give you full name, address and electronic contact info ("#imprint") and I don't want that (for obvious reasons, I believe). Governmental #repression and political #violence has risen to insane levels, lately. No need to destroy your life over #Palestine or #justice; helps no one, we need to stay afloat to be able to fight. Okay, call me a coward but everybody has to decide on their own when and how to take #risks for the greater good.

My #SMTP #EMAIL infrastructure has now a good standing worldwide. I have set up #DKIM and #SPF and the big mail endpoints accept my mails now without putting them into Spam. Also on #IPv6.
Guess who doesn't? #DeutscheTelekom Germany #TMobile #TOnline #Germany. They want an "#imprint" as web page on the DNS domain of my MXes. No one in the whole world does that.So I'll skip on your @t-online.de customers. Not worth it.

Really liking #Imprint - the book summary app that won #android app of the year award this year but it's way too expensive.
It's basically a summary slideshow with animated elements of popular books and even courses.
The price however is just too steep @ 108usd/year and the whole collection is maybe 100 books? No way thats lasting a year to begin with when it's 15/min per book. PASS for now unfortunately.
Anyone's using something similar for #personalGrowth?
