Good golly, donuts are expensive! I met a friend at a donut shop this morning to catch up and talk. I didn't want to sit for 90 minutes without buying anything so I got donuts to take home to the kids. Almost 18 bucks for six?! Sheesh! I remember when cake donuts were $0.50. #imOld #backInMyDay

Watching #House S4 E9 Games - 2007

At the sixteen minute mark, House and Wilson are discussing a fictional (and honestly pretty terrible) punk album self-published in 1989.

1989-2007 = 18 years
2007-2024 = 17 years

Stuff like this is *always* breaking my brain.

Sometimes it's hard to realize that the time when the 80s was 20 years ago was 20 years ago, and that time feels like yesterday.
