Nowa aplikacja streamingowa Channel 4 dla systemu visionOS umożliwia oglądanie ulubionych programów, takich jak serial „Taskmaster”, w natywnym środowisku immersyjnym Vision Pro.
Channel 4 jest pierwszym brytyjskim nadawcą, który wykorzystuje unikalne i potężne możliwości Apple Vision Pro. Programy są wyświetlane w przełomowym, kinowym, pełnoekranowym środowisku nałożonym na rzeczywiste otoczenie widzów, takie jak ściany salonu.
Brytyjski nadawca wbudował nawet w aplikację wciągające środowisko, które przenosi użytkownika na plan serialu „Taskmaster”.

Really enjoyed my first watch of 'Submerged’ – released today – “the first scripted short film for #VisionPro” …and couldn't help take some shots from the ‘Making Of' featurette of some of the hardware used in its production... it really looks like it must have been a very challenging technical feat all round…

My review of #Submerged for #AppleVisionPro: very cool, effective, and cleverly crafted. I look forward to seeing more filmmakers explore fiction in this way.
BUT…
I don’t think this first attempt makes best use of the medium:
- The action is all centered. I’d hoped for more reason to turn my head. Sights/sounds could guide the viewer.
- I don’t care for the iPhone-like “spatial video” interludes where people are too large yet depth is squashed.
