The Erie Canal isn't the only bikepacking in the Capital Region. There are ample gravel roads, state forest and state parks to create a fun trip within shouting distance of the state capitol. This photo is taken at the intersection of the fire tower trail at Grafton Lakes State Park where I'd catch a sunset from the cab of the tower.

Saratoga (Battlefield) National (Historical) Park is some of the best cycling in the Capital Region of New York State. A 10+ mile closed course on rolling terrain that was a pivotal point in the American Revolution.

Grateful for this last run of @triofadolin shows in Long Island, at Columbia University and at TheLocal in Saugerties. We are lucky to do what we do, to explore a very special slice of repertoire, and to be supported by venues and friends in the City and out.
