If you have no A1111 installed ... do what the github says:

im my webuser-ui.sh script i have enabled:export COMMANDLINE_ARGS="--precision full --api --no-half --medvram --opt-split-attention --skip-torch-cuda-test"
I use an arch based distribution (endeavouros)... there was some more work to do, but described very well.
Key is to have the rocm-enabled pytorch version.
