Well today isn't going to be easy. I'm being #dismissed on #medical grounds. No surprise.
I'm trying to get the #illhealth #retirement #forms completed (it is complex and #stressful).
In spite of knowing it's still awful. #Training for the #job was long, stressful and meant 7 years on next to no #money. At least I've had practice for being #broke, except this time it's worse as there's still 3 years to go to my #statepension

The affects of Cortisol and chronic stress. You need a break from stress to allow your body to recover. The Tories want poor people to have more not less stress & so more ill health. Then penalise you for that chronic illness.
