The AP has now called #IL09 for Evanston Mayor Daniel Biss and #IL08 for ex-Rep. Melissa Bean. We now have calls in all the major races except the #IL07 Dem primary, but runner-up Melissa Conyears-Ervin conceded to La Shawn Ford earlier in the evening.
