Получил сегодня эту замечательную камеру. Zeiss Super ikonta 520/2, 1936 год, Штутгарт.
Камера в идеальном состоянии, однако затвор требует обслуживания, медленные выдержки тормозят, смазка загустела. Но это простительно для 90-летней камеры и это должно решаться.
Камера мне напоминает угольно-черный паровоз из 30х.

His camera before the 1950s was a folding 6x9 120 camera, probably a Zeiss [Super] #Ikonta. Sadly this has vanished. In the 1950s he got a Zeiss Ikonta 524/16 that I have inherited and still sometimes use (I would use it more, but I REALLY don't like the red window wind-on system!).

Das letzte Bild des Karlenders 2023 bildet ein weiteres Detail vom ehemaligen Amtshaus Donaustadt am Schrödingerplatz in Kagran ab. Es wird eine Fassade sein, die sich – wie viele Objekte meiner WIENER MODERNE Serie – in den kommenden Jahren in Luft auflösen wird. Seit meiner Ankunft in Wien dokumentiere ich die Entwicklung der Fassaden dieser Stadt und es gibt noch viele Ecken, die ich noch überhaupt nicht erfasst habe. Vielleicht ist das meine Aufgabe hier. Wir sehen uns wieder mit dem Karlender 2024.

Das Weinviertel war für mich lange eine große Unbekannte. Familiäre Verbindungen haben mich aber diesem Landstrich näher gebracht. In dieser Ecke von Niederösterreich gibt es einen ganz besonderen Boden und der Minimalismus dieser Landschaft liegt meinem Wesen. Dieser Hinterhof Wiens ist eine spannende Kulturlandschaft zwischen Acker- und Weinbau. Aber der Klimawandel macht sich hier besonders bemerkbar, ich habe in diesem Land noch nie so trockene Böden gesehen. Es wird spannend, wie sich das hier in Zukunft weiterentwickeln wird.

Auch Nanuk liebt diese Anhöhe rund um Wolkersdorf im Weinviertel. Im Sommer hat es dort immer einen guten Luftzug, im Frühling und Herbst ist es immer recht schnell mild, v.a. wenn einmal die Sonne herauskommt. Da liegt es nahe, den Jack Russel manchmal mit einem Ausflug ins Weinviertel zu belohnen, wenn wir alle wieder einmal ein bisschen mehr an frischer Luft benötigen. Man sieht wohl, wie wir diese gemeinsame Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen.

Auch Nanuk liebt diese Anhöhe rund um Wolkersdorf im Weinviertel. Im Sommer hat es dort immer einen guten Luftzug, im Frühling und Herbst ist es immer recht schnell mild, v.a. wenn einmal die Sonne herauskommt. Da liegt es nahe den Jack Russel manchmal mit einem Ausflug ins Weinviertel zu belohnen, wenn wir alle wieder einmal ein bisschen mehr an frischer Luft benötigen. Man sieht wohl, wie wir diese gemeinsame Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen.
