L’ikigaï sans peine
La vérité n’est pas spirituelle. Elle n’est même pas «sage». Elle ne porte pas de collier de perles. N’a pas de barbe. Elle ne dévoile pas de mantra à ton oreille. Elle ne te promet ni paix, ni abondance, ni salut du monde même si tu tiens un journal de gratitude avec application.
La vérité est nue. Brute. Présente. Tellement évidente… qu’on passe à côté! Parce qu’on nous a dressés à chercher. À croire que quelque chose reste caché. À nous convaincre qu’on devait s’inventer une vie pour se permettre d’être.
La plupart d’entre nous ne se sont pas «perdus». On est juste nés dans une histoire inventée de toutes pièces, en général par d’autres personnes:
Tu es cassé.
Il faut te réparer.
Suis le bon chemin.
Tu t’es trompé.
Tu as mal fait.
Attends la pureté.
On a tous acheté les yeux fermés la chute d’Adam et Ève; le loupé de la vie qui a causé tous nos ennuis. Un récit sans auteur. Mais personne ne nous a dit: «Tu marches déjà dessus. Le chemin est sous tes pieds. Le signe que tu attends, c’est toi.»
On a eu beau nous dire: «Vous êtes déjà parfaits, ne cherchez plus, il n’y a rien à trouver…» On a préféré l’autre version. Celle qui fait mal. On continue à courir après une lumière qui n’a jamais disparue, comme quelqu’un qui cherche ses lunettes… alors qu’elles sont sur son nez!

Brûle la carte. Marche pieds nus. Fais confiance au sol.
Le seul «travail» qui reste, c’est ça: cesser de vouloir trouver, de rêver de devenir une autre version de soi-même.
La vie sait toujours où on veut aller. Une seule règle: vas-y, avance, fais-toi plaisir, t’es là pour ça. C’est un jeu. S’il te semble qu’il y a des obstacles, c’est parce qu’il y a toujours un moyen de les dépasser. Il suffit de rester ce que tu es, sans négociation, à fond, juste avec un autre regard; le vrai, sans lunettes.
