we went to helini's mom's (helini is one of the bakers in the raches women #coop) mega garden. we were bombarded with excellent food and given respect and quality #seeds. in ikaria a real food #gardening tradition.

On my travels to the Greek islands, #Ikaria became one of my favourites. It is a rough place with a rough landscape, rough winds and sea, rough wine … and lovely people with independent spirits who live extraordinarily long lives.
The cats seem to like it there, too!
