J’ai fait l’enduit de rebouchage + ponçage, l’enduit de lissage + ponçage, j’ai fait la peinture aujourd’hui, et : impossible de savoir où le mur a été percé ! 💪
C’est con, mais je suis fière d’avoir fait ça super proprement 😊
(Et gros coup de chance, j’ai pris de la peinture blanche nulle premier prix, et c’est exactement celle qui avait été utilisée par les proprios 🥲)

Il y a quelques mois, j’ai percé mes premiers trou dans un mur et posé mes premières chevilles Molly 💪
Du coup, très logiquement je suis actuellement en train de reboucher des trous de cheville pour la première fois 🤓
(Oui, j’ai bien coupé les petits bouts de placo avant de reboucher, j’ai juste pris la photo trop tôt)

I think I just fell in love with the Ultranova. Also quite smitten with Reaper.
Finally got around to figuring out the built-in interface, and found my way around the basics of Reapers channel mixer. So I have a MIDI item sending notes out to the Ultranova, and I have the Ultranova sending its audio back to Reaper over USB, and then the Master is going back out to the Ultranova over USB which is sending everything out to my speakers on outputs 3 and 4 (everything just being the synth plus a 707 VST at the moment)
But what I really just fell in love with is the Ultranova Editor. The depth of this synth just revealed itself to me and I don't even know what to do with myself.
I still intend to build a hardware controller that can live on my desk and give me more hands on control of a lot of the Nova's parameters (over full size MIDI DIN, not through the PC), because I want to be able to tweak it like it's old school (and because I can) but this visual editor is definitely the beat way to access all its nooks and crannies.

Some days I feel like I'm just making shit up and have no idea what I'm doing. The drawbacks of working alone. I've never had someone to discuss this stuff with. Could have saved me from doing lots of dumb stuff. Well, I've never had anyone to discuss the iOS side of the app either, so it's all coding in the dark. I don't usually cook. Just attempted a dish I dubbed "tmoney fried rice" which consisted of:
1. 2 cups of rice cooked in my new instant pot
2. Drain and transfer to skillet
3. Add one egg and salt and pepper
4. Pan fry for 5 minutesIt was surprisingly good! #ihavenoideawhatimdoing
