Este documento presenta los resultados de 2025 del Índice de Gobierno Digital (IGD) y del Índice de Datos Abiertos, Útiles y Reutilizables (OURdata) que, por primera vez, publican conjuntamente.
Claves de OURdata Index 2025
"OURdata Index 2025 muestra avances importantes en la apertura y reutilización de datos públicos en los países de la OCDE. "Claves del Digital Government Index
"El ranking lo encabeza Corea del Sur, Australia, Portugal, Reino Unido y Noruega, con España en la undécima posición, como muestra el siguiente gráfico."La posición de España en el Digital Government Index
En el DGI, España ocupa la undécima posición con 0,75 puntos, por encima de la media de los países de la OCDE (0,70). Escala así 4 posiciones respecto al índice de 2023 y suma 0,16 puntos más. En las seis dimensiones analizadas, España supera la puntuación media de la OCDE: 0,82 en Digital desde el diseño; 0,82 en Sector público basado en datos: 0,74 Gobierno como plataforma; 0,63 en Abierto por defecto; 0,73 en Centrado en el usuario; y 0,78 en Proactividad.
Los resultados de España en el OURdata Index
"En el índice OURdata Index España obtiene una puntuación de 0,76, lo que le sitúa entre los top 5 de la OCDE, junto a Francia, Corea, Polonia y Estonia. Destaca especialmente en el pilar de apoyo a la reutilización de datos con 0,91 puntos, que mide las iniciativas de los gobiernos para participar en alianzas y eventos destinados a aumentar la sensibilización sobre los datos abiertos gubernamentales y fomentar su reutilización, así como para implicar a los funcionarios públicos en la publicación de datos abiertos y en el análisis y la reutilización de datos."

"The US/online #anarchist media space is going through a process of change at the moment, and this column is not immune from that. So far, this column has been primarily a one-person effort, but collective projects are always more stable than individual ones, and the more people that get involved, the more chance the project will have of surviving if the main contributor gets hit by a bus, feels like a break or catches a charge.
"If you’re involved in any kind of anti-repression or prisoner support work and there’s any aspect of it that you think people should hear about, please send reports and descriptions into this column. If you don’t have a project that you want to publicize yourself, but you have time and energy to help collect news about other people’s, that’s very welcome too.

"It’s that time of the year! The #NewYorkAnarchistBlackCross (ABC) has put out a call:
"This is a call for a raucous night of strong solidarity with those imprisoned by the state on one of the noisiest nights of the year. On #NewYearsEve gather your crew, collective, community, organization, or just yourself and come together to raise a racket and remind those on the inside that they are not alone.
"Internationally, noise demonstrations outside of prisons are a way to remember those who are held captive by the state and a way to show solidarity with imprisoned comrades and loved ones. We come together to break the loneliness and isolation.
"Wherever you are, meet on New Year’s Eve at the prisons, jails, and detention centers, be loud in solidarity with those imprisoned and to push forward the idea of a world free from domination.

"Long-term Native political prisoner Leonard Peltier has been released from hospital back into prison, but still needs ongoing medical care, and so there’s an ongoing call for people to pressure politicians and prison staff to provide Leonard with the medical care that he needs. Amnesty International also is pressuring the outgoing Biden administration to grant Peltier a pardon.
"The Rattling the Cages series of talks continues, with the most recent talks including 'Until All Are Free' with Eric King, Jason Hammond and Jeremy Hammond."

"A new fight over housing has erupted in the Miami suburb of #Sweetwater, culminating in local police tackling and arresting an elderly resident leader. On November 13th thousands of residents living in the massive 900 unit Li’l Abner Mobile Home Park received a surprise notice taped to their doors, on top of garbage bins, and strewn around in dark puddles on the property, announcing they had only months until they would be displaced from their homes. Those who were aware and could understand these notices quickly spread awareness to those who didn’t or couldn’t, as soon residents will have nowhere to go.
"Rental prices in Miami-Dade County have skyrocketed by 58% over the past five years and the average rent for a two-bedroom apartment is now over $3,300 per month according to Rent.com. The population of the park is almost entirely multi-generational, working-class Latino immigrants, with a significant number of them being elderly and disabled residents living on fixed incomes who find the park to be one of the few affordable options left in the region."

Vance has a long history of association with the #FarRight, from his close connection to #PeterThiel, his affinity for '#NeoReactionary' thinkers, and his attendance at both the recent '#NationalConservative' conference and #ChristianNationalist events.
"#Fascist and #WhiteSupremacist groups have also continued to try and use the situation in Springfield to their advantage, with the #ProudBoys holding a march of around a dozen members and #BloodTribe recently rallying outside of the Mayor’s home. While these events have been small, we shouldn’t underestimate the potential of these groups to engage in targeted violence and also take part in future #racist mobilizations under the cover of Trump and the Republican party, if they do materialize.
"Regardless of who wins the election, #antifascist organizing will have to grow and evolve to meet these challenges, figuring out how to build deeper connections and relationships in rural communities and push back against both far-Right groups on the streets and their allies within the halls of power."

$$Follow the money$$. As many predicted, all mainstream journalists have had Twitter accounts reinstated, but the indies and anarchist/antifascist collectives remain suspended. Another really important upheld suspension is that of Linette Lopez, a financial reporter who has extensively tracked Musk's crooked business dealings. This action by Apartheid Clyde is very legible in terms of intention. The punishment of mainstream journos is intended to produce a chilling effect. In 19th century terms, it's not death by guillotine (although he would love to do that if he could) it's a lashing on the back in the public square. If journalists want the access, clout, and reach of their Twitter accounts, they will have to avoid talking about the most sensitive subjects, and definitely shouldn't follow the money. Unless they take collective action against him, they will have been effectively disciplined.
Anarchist and antifascist media workers and collectives disseminating valuable information to the public for free don't follow the profit motive, and therefore, we are more dangerous. Our own account isn't in the top tier of Twitter reach like @igd or @CrimethInc, and so far we haven't hit the oligarch radar, but we expect a suspension to come anytime.
We encourage people not to frame these suspensions as random or whimsical. They are hypocritical, absolutely, but they have a clear purpose.
We also encourage everyone to build bases and cultivate communities off Twitter, on non-corporate social media such as Mastodon.

Listening to the recent John #Zerzan interview on #IGD provoked some thoughts and questions. First, I have never heard the IGD host get that saucy with anyone before, so its fair to assume Zerzan has done something at some point to alienate typically gracious comrades. I found Zerzan’s show in 2014/2015/2016 or so, before I found IGD, and understand him vaguely as an outsider and iconoclast among anarchists, which is saying something.
Although I do not claim to be the best-read (or even a reasonably well-read) Madrone, from what I understand, #anti-civ theory is rooted in the fundamentally Rousseauian idea that the establishment of civilization was the original fall from grace, that civilization is tantamount to technology and concentration of power, and therefore to corruption and inevitable tyranny, not to mention unsustainable growth and destruction of the ecosystem. Although I have questions, I generally find the theory sympathetic.
I learned about it entirely from listening to, reading, and reading about Zerzan. So, I have to confess that, despite his quirks, I kind of like him and experienced a small allergy in listening to another person I like, the IGD host, being so offhandedly dismissive about his ideas. To be fair, Zerzan has an aloof tone of his own, and the way he stepped over the international justice campaigns featured in Crimthinc’s How to Change Everything tour in order to criticize the tour insufficiently Changing Everything was, to put it mildly, especially shitty.
Some of my questions about anti-civ theory are: How far does it go? Is society itself tantamount to civilization? Would keeping a post-civ society from reverting to civilization be its own form of tyranny? Must the fruits of civilization be discarded along with its poisons? Is medicine technology? Art? Language? As I understood anti-civ prior to the interview, the answer to all of these questions is more or less “yes.”
Zerzan stepped back from that position a bit during the interview: he seemed to argue that anti-civ argues for an expansion of skills and not that everyone should go into the woods to hunt and gather tomorrow, that it is not a silver bullet to all of our problems under present conditions. That argument sounds familiar: anti-civ’s job, like anarchism, is to critique and reframe, not solve and ‘explain everything to you.’ While valid, that argument sidesteps what I consider to be a serious question: if present circumstances take anti-civ’s utopia off the table, then what does it prescribe we do to present circumstances other than expand skills and retreat from technology? Is harm reduction reformist? Is anti-civ accelerationist? Because this is where I find my greatest concern about (what I understand to be) the theory: that anti-civ appears to value the end of civilization more than it does helping people survive and thrive the here and now. Zerzan appeared to prove the point when he stepped over chose to criticize the purity of Crimthinc’s radical branding rather than honoring the peoples movements it featured, which are actually fighting for justice here and now. To be fair, Zerzan’s argument was rooted (at least rhetorically) in being accountable to a meaningful strategy and avoiding performative posturing, which are serious considerations. But it was a red flag for me.
So, Zerzan, I suppose my question is: does anti-civ have something to add when it comes to short and/or long-term strategies for radical degrowth that include harm reduction for those most hurt by that change? -
