It's about kink, transmasculity, sex, self, and social horror, and the writing, setting, and characterisation are the most utterly perfect and true things. Also, shout out to a game actually set in the North of England for a change.

It's a long one, but you still have until the 15th of October to give it 10 stars. (Edit: Not serious! Play the game and make your own minds! But you'll agree, I swear!)
