Exige comunidad del IEMS verdad y justicia por muerte del maestro Alberto Jasso en cara a cara con director general

Acuerdan reunión pública en auditorio de Azcapotzalco a más tardar el 21 de septiembre; Jorge Santos Valencia deberá informar qué protocolos aplicó y quiénes son los responsables

La comunidad del plantel Melchor Ocampo-Azcapotzalco del Instituto de Educación Media Superior(IEMS) informó sobre la reunión que sostuvieron con el director general del IEMS, Jorge Santos Valencia.

Informaron que el encuentro se efectuó el martes 1 de septiembre de 2026 en oficinas centrales del instituto, tras el paro de labores realizado el lunes 31 de agosto.

De acuerdo con, la representación del plantel planteó demandas relacionadas con el caso del docente, tutor e investigador Alberto Israel Jasso Cruz.

Señalaron el silencio del director general sobre el asunto, la responsabilidad de las autoridades en la operación de procesos y protocolos asociados con denuncias, y solicitaron el cese de acoso y hostigamiento desde la Dirección Jurídica.

Como resultado de la reunión se informaron tres acuerdos:

La Realización de una sesión informativa en el auditorio del Plantel Azcapotzalco, en fecha por definir, propuesta a más tardar el lunes 21 de septiembre de 2026. El director general y su equipo informarán a la comunidad del IEMS y a la opinión pública qué protocolos se aplicaron, qué responsabilidad correspondió a cada funcionario involucrado y el estatus de la investigación. La invitación será emitida por la Dirección General a toda la comunidad. La sesión contará con medios de comunicación que han dado seguimiento al caso. La organización y logística estará a cargo de la comunidad y la coordinación del plantel.

-La Integración de una comisión revisora para realizar una investigación sobre la forma en que se desarrolló el proceso contra el docente y la aplicación de procedimientos y protocolos, para determinar si hubo omisiones o negligencias que ameriten sanción administrativa. Estaría conformada por tres especialistas en derechos humanos y aplicación de protocolos, un representante de la Secretaría de Educación, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la Ciudad de México, un representante de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos de la Ciudad de México y un representante de la comunidad del IEMS. La comisión definirá tiempos y modalidades de trabajo y presentará informe de resultados en sesión pública.

-Una vez que se cuente con el informe, la Dirección General, atendiendo instrucciones de la Jefa de Gobierno, Clara Brugada Molina, convocará a la revisión y actualización de los protocolos del IEMS con participación de toda la comunidad del instituto.

Por otro lado, se informó que la viuda del docente no había recibido comunicación telefónica por parte de las autoridades del IEMS hasta esa fecha, por lo que se solicitó contacto inmediato para trámites administrativos. También se solicitó que no haya represalias derivadas del paro de labores contra integrantes de la comunidad. –sn–

Profesor del IEMS se priva de la vida; negaba acusación de abuso y pedía respetar la presunción de inocencia

Un profesor del Instituto de Educación Media Superior de la ciudad de México murió tras dejar un mensaje en el que rechazó una denuncia por presunto abuso sexual. El caso abrió un debate sobre la presunción de inocencia y el debido proceso.

El Instituto de Educación Media Superior de la Ciudad de México (IEMS) enfrenta un caso que ha generado amplio debate luego de que el profesor Alberto Israel Jasso Cruz se privara de la vida tras dejar un mensaje en el que rechazó una denuncia por presunto abuso sexual presentada en su contra y aseguró que la decisión que tomó estuvo relacionada con el impacto personal, social y jurídico derivado del proceso que enfrentaba.

Antes de su fallecimiento, en una cuenta de Facebook denominada «Justicia para el profesor Alberto Jasso» fueron difundidos un video y un documento atribuidos al docente. En ambos materiales sostuvo que era inocente de las acusaciones y cuestionó la forma en que, a su juicio, se desarrolló el procedimiento iniciado en su contra.

Profesor aseguró que enfrentaba una denuncia desde julio

En el mensaje, el docente afirmó que el 14 de julio una estudiante presentó una denuncia por presunto abuso sexual ante la Dirección Jurídica del Instituto de Educación Media Superior de la Ciudad de México (IEMS) y posteriormente ante el Ministerio Público.

El profesor negó haber cometido algún acto de naturaleza sexual y sostuvo que los hechos denunciados ocurrieron durante un curso intersemestral. Según su versión, en dos ocasiones tocó a la estudiante únicamente para despertarla después de que se quedó dormida sobre una banca y evitar que cayera.

El docente afirmó que esas acciones fueron interpretadas de manera distinta y rechazó de forma categórica la acusación.

Afirmó que enfrentaba investigaciones administrativa y penal

De acuerdo con el documento difundido, personal jurídico del IEMS le informó que, además de la denuncia penal, sería objeto de una investigación administrativa al interior de la institución.

En uno de los documentos, trabajadores del plantel Azcapotzalco señalaron que Alberto Israel Jasso Cruz enfrentaba de manera simultánea un procedimiento interno y una investigación ante el Ministerio Público, situación en la que, afirman, el docente “se sintió en un estado de indefensión total”.

El profesor expresó que consideraba vulnerado el principio de presunción de inocencia y sostuvo que el señalamiento provocó consecuencias en su entorno familiar, profesional y social.

En el mensaje atribuido al docente se lee, «quiero dejar claro que la decisión que tomo no es porque sea culpable, sino todo lo contrario; quiero que se entienda como un acto de rebeldía para que mejore el sistema de justicia y se respete la presunción de inocencia».

Asimismo, hizo un llamado a otros profesores para mantener una relación estrictamente profesional con sus estudiantes y advirtió sobre las consecuencias que, desde su perspectiva, pueden generar las denuncias que calificó como falsas.

Investigación continúa sin resolución pública

Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han informado una resolución pública sobre la investigación relacionada con la denuncia presentada contra el profesor.

El caso ha generado diversas reacciones en redes sociales, donde usuarios han debatido sobre la importancia de garantizar la presunción de inocencia, el debido proceso y, al mismo tiempo, la necesidad de investigar con rigor todas las denuncias por presuntos delitos sexuales.

I'm really thinking of buying these together with a portable DAC AMP. I have read lots of great reviews for a IEM that costs less than 320 euros.

At the same time, I'm getting tired of bluetooth earphones/headphones and their endless list of tradeoffs. Noise cancelling vs frequency response vs audio reprodution accuracy. It's all very tiring and anxiety-inducing, because you're always afraid of spending lots of money on something that you will eventually regret buying.

At least with a decent pair of IEMs like these, you can get the best of these three factors. Whenever you need a microphone, you can always use something like the AirPods Pro 2/3.
